Q: How do I submit my image?
A: Once you have placed your order and your order has been processed you will be contacted by email to send your image. Please be sure to check your SPAM folder a day or two after placing your order.
Q. May I see a proof of my order before it's shipped?
A. Yes, you will receive a jpeg proof of your image before the item is created. This is to ensure you receive exactly what you're expecting. You should receive your jpeg proof within 2 business days of submitting your photos.
Q: What type of image do I need to provide?
A: We prefer to work with portrait-style images because they are more fitting for the format, however snapshots may work nicely, too. A crisp, clear image is important to get the best quality output. Your image may be in color or black and white.
Q: What if I don’t have a digital image? May I mail you a picture?
A: Yes, you may mail us your image. We will return your image with your completed keepsake. Please do not send originals if they are irreplaceable. If you are able, have the photos scanned at a local print shop where they can be saved on disk. You can then either email the images to us or send the disk to us. We will return the disk and photos to you when we send ship your order.
Q: My text is too long, may I have more text than what fits into the text field when ordering?
A: Sometimes we can fit more text onto the pendants. Keep in mind that the text size is already fairly small and if we reduce the text size it may become too difficult for some to read.
Q: I would like to return my pendant, how do I do that?
A: If your item is not a personalized item, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it and we will refund your order. If your item is personalized it is not returnable. Each item is made especially for you, and this is particularly true of all our personalized items.
Q: Is there any lead in the pendants?
A: No. We use lead-free products so they are safe to handle and wear.
Q. Are the pendants and charms waterproof?
A. The only item that is guaranteed waterproof is the Heirloom Sterling Pendant. The wood tile pendants are water resistant, and the soldered items are the most easily damaged by water. Please remove these items before engaging in any water-related activites.
Q: Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
A: Yes, we recently added International to our shipping.
Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: We offer USPS First Class (domestic and international orders), USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days, with limited confirmation, domestic orders only), UPS Ground (excellent tracking, domestic orders only).
