Q. I have a specific size glass I’d like made. Can you make this for me?

A. Most likely the answer is yes. There are some times when my schedule is too busy that I don’t take custom orders, but more than likely I’ll be happy to help you with your custom order.


Q. Can I get a discount on your handmade glass if I order a large quantity?

A. Absolutely! Please send me a convo (message) so we can discuss your glass needs and I will create a custom listing for you.


Q. What is the difference between glaze and resin?

A. Glazes are water based and dry using air. They are usually non-toxic and are normally not self-leveling. The drying times vary a little, but most glazes dry in about 15 minutes if applied in a single layer. Water based glazes are not waterproof, nor are they water resistant. You get it wet and you will most likely ruin the appearance or finish.

Resin comes in different formulas, but they all cure chemically and are self-leveling. Some react to UV light, and others react to a hardener. Luxe resin will cure chemically in about 24 hours to touch and 48 hours to full hardness. Luxe resin is low odor, non-toxic and safe to use, It has a UV additive that helps protect from yellowing over time. It’s a versatile product to work with, whether you’re coating or filling your pieces. Resin is waterproof, sandable, drillable, etc.


Q. I have heard that resin is tricky to work with, but I want a waterproof finish. Can you help?
A. Yes! Resin doesn’t have to be difficult. I have prepared a professional tutorial to help you get on your way to one of the most enjoyable and safe-to-use products in the crafting market.

Q. I have heard that resin is toxic and really smelly, but you say your Luxe Doming Resin resin is safe to use and is low odor. Is it still a good product?

A. Luxe resin is absolutely safe to work with and is low odor. It’s still as durable as other resins and cures to a super hard non-yellowing finish. You won’t be disappointed.
