GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY
Our goal is to offer only the finest personalized keepsakes available, those which will create lasting memories and provide years of enjoyment. Each product we create must meet our strict standards for workmanship and design. Before any item ships from our studio, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy. Annie Howes Keepsakes stands behind the quality of every product produced.
If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund. Please email us if you have a question about a return or exchange. I will send a form that must be included with the return.
Personalized and Custom Items policy: If your item contains an error made by us, you will receive a corrected duplicate item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our personalized or custom ordered items.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Personalized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship.
Cancellations and changes must be made by midnight Eastern Time of the same day you place your order. The best way to notify us about your change is to send an email to annie@anniehowes.com. Please include your order number and the word “CANCELLATION” or “CHANGE” in the subject line. You will receive confirmation that the cancellation or change request has been received.

SHIPPING
Each item is hand packed here in the studio. Each handmade item is handcrafted by me, right down to the hang tags on the pouches to the decorated tins. Each piece of my handmade glass is made by me from glass selection to cutting and firing. Each handmade glass piece is rinsed, washed, inspected and wrapped prior to shipping. Each kit is assembled by hand right here in the studio. Please allow for the time it takes to create and properly pack your order prior to shipping during peak shopping seasons.
All shipping is through the USPS unless otherwise stated or arranged. I do combine shipping and issue refunds at the time I print your shipping label.Orders typically ship in 2-3 business days.
Please be sure to provide your correct and current shipping address. If your order fails to reach you due to an error on shipping, I reserve the right to request additional shipping. If you have a suite or apartment number, this is required in order to reach the delivery address. I copy/paste your mailing address directly from your order.
BILLING vs SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Please provide the correct billing address. I reserve the right to cancel all orders if the billing information provided does not match the billing information of the credit card. This is required to help protect cardholders from fraudulent card use.
INTERNATIONAL: All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs duties,
taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs could be applied to your package at the discretion of your local customs officers or post office. I do not have any control over customs and the packages they randomly inspect, and packages I ship are no more likely to be inspected than any other package.
I do not mark international orders as "gift", that is against the law and I could face heavy fines and/or lose my business license. Please do not ask me to break the law.

DELIVERY TO OVERSEAS PO BOXES: To prevent any delay on international shipping, please provide a telephone number if your order is being shipped to a PO Box outside the U.S. Customs forms require that I provide a telephone number on the customs form if the package is addressed to a PO Box.
If you would like a packing slip/receipt with your order, please indicate so in the "Comments Box" during checkout.
