GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to offer only the finest personalized keepsakes available, those which will create lasting memories and provide years of enjoyment. Each product we create must meet our strict standards for workmanship and design. Before any item ships from our studio, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy. Annie Howes Keepsakes stands behind the quality of every product produced.

If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund. Please email us if you have a question about a return or exchange.

Personalized Items policy: If your item is printed with an error made by us, you will receive a corrected duplicate item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our personalized items.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Personalized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship.

Cancellations and changes must be made by midnight Eastern Time of the same day you place your order. The best way to notify us about your change is to send an email to annie@anniehowes.com. Please include your order number and the word “CANCELLATION” or “CHANGE” in the subject line. You will receive confirmation that the cancellation or change request has been received.
