ABOUT ANNIE HOWES
I have been a designer for over 15 years working in a variety of creative industries. I began my career as a designer working for a small stained glass company in downtown Lafayette, Indiana at the auspicious age of 14. There I was entrusted with my very first soldering iron. I eventually studied Visual Communications Design and was graduated from the West Lafayette Campus of Purdue University.
Through the course of my diverse career I have served honorably in the United States Navy, have designed for advertising agencies abroad, and have been an in-house designer for a CLC Licensed screen printer. In addition, I've spent many years producing work as a freelance designer. To date my most inspiring position has been creating beautiful custom books and designs for a very talented artist residing on Martha’s Vineyard.
Several years ago, I relocated from the beautiful island of Martha's Vineyard off the coast of Massachusetts to the verdant rolling hills of central Kentucky. I can be reached in my studio every day where I continue to expand upon the creative possibilities of my exclusive craft kits.
